- The description of your problem, including any voice recording you choose to make.

Why we use it
- To understand your request and call or message you about it.
- To share your request with a suitable independent professional (lawyer, CA, CS, GST practitioner, notary or document provider) so they can contact you.
- To arrange doorstep visits or document delivery you ask for.
- To prevent spam and misuse, and to improve our service.
Your consent
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a request. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to help@lawpaw.in; we will then stop processing your data except where the law requires us to keep it.
Sharing
We share your request only with professionals matched to it and with service providers that help us run the platform (such as email and hosting providers). We do not sell your data to advertisers.
Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may raise a grievance with us at help@lawpaw.in. If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
