Harassed by loan recovery agents?
Even if you owe money, recovery agents cannot threaten you, abuse you, shame you publicly or call at odd hours. RBI rules make lenders responsible for their agents' conduct and generally restrict recovery calls to between 8 AM and 7 PM. A lawyer helps you complain, stop the harassment and negotiate a fair settlement.

What will I have to pay?+
Up to three things, all told to you in writing before you pay: (1) LawPaw's convenience fee for coordinating your matter, (2) the professional's fee, which they quote, and (3) government charges such as court fees or stamp duty, at actual cost. GST applies as per law. There are no hidden charges.
