Annual ROC compliance for your company or LLP

Every company and LLP has annual filings with the Registrar of Companies, even with zero turnover. Missing them leads to daily late fees and can get directors disqualified. A company secretary keeps your calendar, prepares minutes and files on time.

FAQ

Annual ROC compliance for your company or LLP: common questions

Do I need to file if my company had no business?+

Yes. Annual filings are required even when there was no turnover.

What if I've missed filings for past years?+

You can still file with additional fees, and the government sometimes runs condonation schemes. A CS will help you regularise.

Is it free to submit my problem on LawPaw?+

Yes. Telling us your problem and getting a call back from your coordinator is free. You pay only if you decide to go ahead.

What will I have to pay?+

Up to three things, all told to you in writing before you pay: (1) LawPaw's convenience fee for coordinating your matter, (2) the professional's fee, which they quote, and (3) government charges such as court fees or stamp duty, at actual cost. GST applies as per law. There are no hidden charges.
