Received a GST notice? Reply on time
GST notices — for return mismatches, excess input tax credit, non-filing or cancellation — come with tight deadlines. Ignoring them can lead to demands, penalties or a cancelled registration. A GST expert reads the notice, reconciles your data and files a reply on the GST portal.

FAQ
Received a GST notice? Reply on time: common questions
What happens if I don't reply to a GST notice?+
The officer can pass an order on the available information — including tax demand, interest and penalty — or cancel your registration.
Can I appeal a GST order?+
Yes. Appeals can be filed with the appellate authority within the time allowed, usually after paying a part of the disputed tax.
Is it free to submit my problem on LawPaw?+
Yes. Telling us your problem and getting a call back from your coordinator is free. You pay only if you decide to go ahead.
What will I have to pay?+
Up to three things, all told to you in writing before you pay: (1) LawPaw's convenience fee for coordinating your matter, (2) the professional's fee, which they quote, and (3) government charges such as court fees or stamp duty, at actual cost. GST applies as per law. There are no hidden charges.
