Customer not paying your invoices? Use MSME law
Under the MSMED Act, 2006, buyers must pay registered micro and small enterprises within the agreed time — and never later than 45 days — or pay compound interest at three times the RBI bank rate. You can claim through the MSME Facilitation Council by filing online on MSME Samadhaan. A lawyer prepares the notice or reference so your claim is strong.
